How do I join the livestream?

You’ll use Zoom (a video meeting app) to watch the event.

Do I need to download anything?

Yes, itโ€™s suggested to download the Zoom app.

Can I join from my phone / tablet / computer?

Yes! You can join from any device that has internet and can run Zoom – smartphones, tablets, laptops, or desktop computers.

What is this "display name format" I need to follow?

Before joining, you must change your name in Zoom to follow this exact format: Your Unique Code โ€“ Your Full Name

Example: If your unique code is MBXXXXXX and your name is Mika Manalo, you’d write: “MBXXXXXX โ€“ Mika Manalo”

NOTE: ALL OF THESE DETAILS ARE SENT VIA EMAIL CONFIRMATION

What is my unique code?

Your unique code was provided in your registration email. It’s personal to you and looks something like “MBXXXXXX” (but with different letters/numbers). Check your email for your specific code.

Why won't they let me in?

A: You might not be admitted if:

  • Your Zoom name doesn’t follow the correct format (Code โ€“ Full Name)
  • You’re using someone else’s code
  • You don’t have a valid registration
  • You’re trying to join too early
Can I share my access details with friends/family?
  1. Your code is personal and non-transferable. Sharing it could get both you and the other person banned from the event. Each person needs their own registration and code.
What if I can't connect or have technical problems?

Try these steps:

  1. Check your internet connection
  2. Close and restart the Zoom app
  3. Try joining through a web browser instead
  4. Make sure your Zoom name is formatted correctly

Will my camera/microphone be on?

Typically, attendee cameras and microphones are automatically muted in livestream events. You’ll be watching, not performing.

What if I join late?

You can join anytime during the event hours (12:00 PM – 6:00 PM PHT), but you may miss earlier content that won’t be repeated.

Try:

Use the Meeting ID (provided via email) and password (that looks like MBXXXX not your UNIQUE CODE) to join manually through the Zoom app
